will be.
We offer an accessible and comfortable environment, with a strong focus on education, and workouts that are easy to follow but still push you and get results.
We guarantee 121 support from our instructors, adding value to your workout, and reducing the risk of injury.
Our classes vary in their intensities, but they are all suitable for all levels of fitness, and our instructors will adapt to suit your needs.
We prioritise good vibes and safe spaces. So, no cliques, no intimidation, and however you show up, you’ll be welcomed and supported.

All about the mother of muscles - your core. Pilates vibes building your foundation.
Leave feeling strong.
Intensity: Medium

A full body workout that activates all muscles. Improves your mobility, at your pace.

This class is coached by Monica, a friend of The Alternative and Personal Trainer and Instructor with over 10 years’ experience.
You’ll strengthen and lengthen muscles and improve your flexibility and posture.
Intensity: Light-Medium

Delivered by qualified Yoga Teacher, Ashleigh, this class focuses on Hatha Yoga practices.
This class lasts 90 minutes, so there is plenty of time to work with your body, relaxing into different positions and balancing your breathing to achieve a calm and relaxed state of mind.

All levels are welcome in our classes, and you can speak to the instructor if you have any questions, or need adaptations.

Yoga and Pilates are £15 per class.
All other classes are £12 per class.
You can purchase a Class Pass below for £40 which gets you 4 × 45 minute classes.

We do!
Our Class Pass costs £40 and gives you 4 × 45 minute classes which include Re-Engage, HIIT, Body Conditioning and Pilates.

We have a maximum of 8 places per class, plus the instructor.
This means that any class you attend will be small enough to get 121 support with the instructor if needed.

Just yourself!
We have all the mats and equipment you will need for your class.
However, if you wish to bring your own mat, you’re more than welcome to.
The only other thing we’d recommend bringing is a bottle of water to make sure you stay hydrated.

As long as you can move around safely, you can wear whatever you’re comfortable in.
We welcome baggy tshirts and sweatpants, sports bras and short-shorts and everything in between!
For some classes you may need to take your shoes off, so please do wear socks if you’re not comfortable being barefoot.

You can change or cancel your class booking up to 24 hours before the class time starts.
If you cancel before the 24 hour period, your card will be automatically refunded within 2-7 working days.
