GENERAL

  • We are indeed!

    Rae identifies as gay and gender non-conforming, and Paige identifies as a lesbian.

  • Our studio is exclusively a space for women and people who identify as LGBTQ+.

    This means that services in our space which include: Personal Training, Group Training, Sports Massage and Injury Rehab and Menstrual Coaching are reserved for women and people who identify as LGBTQ+.

    However, if we are delivering services off-site, this is more flexible and we work collaboratively with a range of people and organisations.

  • We offer Personal Training packages in our fitness studio, but we are not an open gym.

    Many of our clients also have a gym membership elsewhere, but still come for Personal Training, Classes and our other services!

  • If you’re one of our PT clients you get discounts on classes, but anyone can book classes, either individually or with a Class Pass.

    The closest tram stop is Sale. The closest bus stop is Temple Road (Stop A).

    If you are driving, there is some on-street parking available.

    The nearest car park is Warrener Street Carpark, which is about 30 seconds walk round the corner!

  • Normatec is a recovery system created in collaboration with scientists and originally designed for athletes in the NBA, but it can benefit everyone!

    It uses compression technology to relax tight muscles, increase your mobility and reduce stiffness and aches.

    We offer Normatec recovery for the legs, glutes and hips.

  • Regrettably, we are not wheelchair accessible right now.

    There’s no excuse for this, but we feel it’s important to just own it, because it’s crap.

    As a small and new business we had to start somewhere, and when we can do better, we absolutely will. 

    Whilst we are not as accessible as we’d like to be, we are adaptable. If you wish to use our services, and we can’t accommodate you (yet), we can offer online sessions. If you want to have in-person sessions, we can deliver our services offsite if you have an appropriate space that you’re comfortable in. 

    If you don’t use a wheelchair but require adaptations in order to access our facility, which is up one short staircase - please let us know. We are happy to make adjustments and support you to make it as easy as possible.

  • That's fine, we know we do a lot! Just send us a general enquiry and we'll get back to you to book a visit and chat through your needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Yes!

    We deliver Small Group Training which you can find here.

    We also offer paired training for friends or couples.

    If you want to come with a friend and have a tailored session, this will depend on your goals - as they'd need to be similar to get the most from your sessions.

  • Yes, absolutely.

    Rae is Pre and Post-Natal qualified, so you’ll be in good hands!

  • We can offer clients a hybrid approach - with some sessions in studio, and some online.

    For those who don't live in Manchester, we do offer a limited number of online slots.

    Please contact us for details.

  • Some people wish to have the studio just for themselves and their coach.

    We like to prioritise these limited sessions for Neurodiverse people, those who feel nervous about exercise, or those who need to bring a child or pet.

  • That's fine!

    Our trainers each offer something different, but they both work to the same high standards.

    We know how important it is to find the right fit, so we’re always open and honest about our skills, areas of expertise and if we can support you with what you need.

    In addition, Rae and Paige work collaboratively. So if you come on board with us, regardless of who you’re training with, you can still benefit from the experience and expertise of both trainers.

MENSTRUAL COACHING

  • Yes we do!

    Just mention you’re looking for online sessions when booking a discovery call.

  • It depends which Program you want.

  • Absolutely!

    Whether you are Perimenopausal, going through Menopause currently or are Post-Menopause, our Menstrual Coaching services can help.

  • Yes, we do and Paige has experience within this area.

    We can support in regulating your cycle and healing after miscarriage or abortion.

SPORTS MASSAGE & INJURY REHAB

  • We’d need to do a consultation for this treatment first.

    But just fill in our booking form and we'll get back to you with an available time to suit you.

  • Currently, the use of the recovery equipment is reserved for clients only, sorry!

  • Congratulations!

    Rae is a Pre and Post-natal specialist, so can deliver Sports Massage if you are pregnant, however, you must be a minimum of 12 weeks pregnant.

    Please mention this on your form and we'll work with you to adapt your treatment.

    For Injury Rehabilitation, we can incorporate this into your Pre and Post-Natal Personal Training Program.

    Our Recovery Equipment is also great for reducing swelling and soreness, and you can use this if you are at least 12 weeks pregnant.

    For any of the above, we recommend consulting your care provider first before booking.

  • We can treat a range of injuries, and Rae has specialist experience in the following areas:

    • ACL injuries and rehab

    • Hip replacements

    • Knee replacements

    If you’re not sure but interested in our help, just mention this on the booking form and we talk it through at your assessment.

  • Absolutely! Rae specialises in hip, knee and ACL replacements.
