121 Personal training is a great option if you can commit to weekly sessions, and feel you’d benefit from having a personal coach alongside you on your journey.
This service includes a full assessment, body composition scans, bespoke programmes tailored to your needs and goals, progress monitoring and ongoing support with recovery and nutrition.
121 PERSONAL TRAINING
TRAIN WITH RAE

Small Group Training may suit you if you’re looking for a more budget friendly option, that has a real community vibe.
If you’re looking to commit to weekly sessions and want to share the experience, you can join one of our small groups.
With no more than 3 other people, you’ll still get hands-on support from your coach, and connect with people who are on a similar journey.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
TRANSform GROUP

Coached by Rae, this group is for Transmasc and Non-Binary people who want to feel confident working out, build a more masculine physique and connect to their community.
-
This group currently runs on Wednesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm.
The focus is on building confidence, muscle growth and a healthy relationship with your body.
After a 121 with Rae, you will join the group and you’ll meet every week for 1 hour with Rae and the same group of people.

WOMEN’S GROUPS

Coached by Paige, this group is for women who want to build a sustainable relationship with exercise and feel healthier.

These groups have a maximum of 4 spaces available and currently run on:
Tuesdays 10.30-11.30am
Tuesdays 5.30-6.30pm
Saturdays 11am-12pm
After a 121 with Paige, you can pick the group time that works best for you, and you’ll meet every week for 1 hour with Paige and the same group of people.

MENSTRUAL PROGRAMMES
We offer two Programmes to help you get your period back on track, and reconnect with your body.
In each of the programmes, we establish your priorities, issues and goals, then - tailor the work to focus on what you need the most.
MENSTRUAL COURSE
6 SESSIONS • 3 MONTHS

In this coaching course you get an introduction to all things menstrual.
This includes cycle tracking, education and support on navigating the 4 phases of the cycle (Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulation and Luteal).
We bring it all together to balance your hormones, ease symptoms, reduce stress, and put you back in control of your cycle.

6 × 1 hour sessions, every fortnight for 3 months

Support and guidance on hormone balancing, nutrition and physical health
As an added benefit, all clients on this course receive a 10% discount on classes, using a personalised code for booking, for the duration of their course. -

COMBINED PROGRAMME
MENSTRUAL COACHING + PERSONAL TRAINING

This programme is for people who want to combine menstrual education and tracking with a tailored Personal Training Programme.
Rather than jump straight into PT, it starts with 2 × 121 sessions with Paige which deep-dive into your cycle, understand your requirements and teach you how to track your cycle.
This then informs the Personal Training Programme, which is built around your individual cycle.

SPORTS MASSAGE & RECOVERY
All new clients wanting to have Sports Massage or an Injury Rehabilitation Programme will require an Initial Consultation, which includes a Functional Movement Screening, Postural Analysis, and 30 minutes treatment time.
INJURY REHABILITATION
45 MINUTES

In your 45 minute treatment, we use a range of techniques, depending on what you need.
This can include everything on a sports massage plus:
Postural analysis
Rehab exercises
Use of massage tools
Use of recovery equipment

You book for an initial assessment which lasts for 45 minutes, and includes 30 minutes of treatment.
Once you have had your initial appointment, Rae will advise how many sessions you may need and build you a treatment plan accordingly.

In your 30 minute treatment, we use a range of techniques, depending on what you need.

You book for an initial assessment which lasts for 45 minutes, and includes 30 minutes of Sports Massage.
Once you have had an Initial Consultation, you can book 30 minute treatments whenever you need them.
