Traditionally, personal training puts the focus how you want to look, and then tries to get you there as fast as possible. This can work for some people, but isn’t necessarily right for everyone.

We treat you like a person, not a project.

Life can be intense and stressful. You probably have a lot going on, and they’ll be many factors which influence your goals and commitments. We’re not perfect either, we’re not drill sergeants and we’re not here to judge.

We don’t just work on your body, we work with it.

Rae is our Lead Coach, Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and has 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry.

They are great at finding the root cause of physical issues that may get in the way of you achieving your goals, and helps you get the most from your sessions, whilst remaining in one piece. They focus on core strength, mobility and long-term results.

Rae also draws on their personal experiences of pregnancy, post-operation rehabilitation and the barriers they’ve faced whilst presenting as gender non-conforming in the fitness industry.

Rae works with a range of clients, but would be a good fit if you identify as Trans and/or Non-Binary, have an injury, are neurodivergent or are pregnant / post-natal.

TRAIN WITH PAIGE

SUNNY • SASSY • SPIRITUAL

Paige is our Certified Menstrual Practitioner, Personal Trainer, and Holistic Therapist.

She takes a therapeutic and trauma-informed approach to physical training, focusing on somatic bodywork and supporting clients to follow their intuition.

Paige also delivers cycle-integrated programmes, which are tailored to client’s individual period cycles, allowing them to be in tune with their bodies and address issues such as bloating, pain and fatigue.

She draws on her personal experience of Endometriosis, mental health, and the challenges of caring for yourself in a busy, masculine-dominated culture.

Paige would be a great fit if you have a chronic health condition (inc. Endometriosis, PCOS, PMS or PMDD), are recovering from trauma or burnout, or are in your soft-girl healing era.

PRIVATE. WELCOMING. PERSONALISED.

Our health studio based in the heart of Sale Moor is designed to make you feel at ease.

If you sign up for 121 sessions, you can expect there to be at most - one other member training in the studio space, and we can offer completely private sessions.

We deliver a personalised experience, so you can take control of the music, bring your own, and we’ll check in to make sure the lighting is right for you.

We do also offer pet-friendly and child-friendly sessions by arrangement. So whether you’re a dog parent, a new mum, or need to come straight after the school run, we’ve got you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Both Rae and Paige are Level 3 Personal Trainers. They have additional qualifications which you can learn more about here.

  • You can find all the info on what’s included and our prices on our rates page.

  • Yes.

    We offer paired training for friends or couples. We also offer small group training.

    If you want to share a tailored session with a friend or partner - this will depend on your goals. They’d need to be similar to get the most from your sessions.

    We can discuss what would work for you at a consultation.

  • We offer Personal Training packages in our fitness studio, but we are not an open gym.

    Many of our clients also have a gym membership elsewhere, but still come for Personal Training, Classes and our other services!

  • We can offer clients a hybrid approach - with some sessions in studio, and some online.

    For those who don't live in Manchester, we do offer a limited number of online slots.

  • Some people wish to have the studio just for themselves and their coach.

    We like to prioritise these limited sessions for Neurodiverse people, those who feel nervous about exercise, or those who need to bring a child or pet.

  • That's fine!

    Our trainers each offer something different, but they both work to the same high standards.

    We know how important it is to find the right fit, so we’re always open and honest about our skills, areas of expertise and if we can support you with what you need.

    In addition, Rae and Paige work collaboratively. So if you come on board with us, regardless of who you’re training with, you can still benefit from the experience and expertise of both trainers.
